Your Questions, Answered

  • Medical navigation is a consulting service where a physician reviews your medical situation — your diagnosis, records, test results, and treatment plan — and provides an independent perspective. We identify what may have been missed, prepare you with questions for your doctors, research your options including clinical trials, and connect you with the right specialists. We are your advocate within the medical system.

  • A hospital-based second opinion is another doctor looking at your case within their system. Our service goes further: we don't just give you another opinion — we research your full situation, identify the best specialists nationally, help you get appointments faster, and stay with you through the process. We're independent, so our only interest is getting you the best outcome.

  • Concierge medicine is a primary care arrangement where you pay a membership fee for enhanced access to a doctor who provides your day-to-day medical care. We don't provide primary care, prescribe medications, or see you for regular checkups. We step in when you face a specific medical challenge — a new diagnosis, a recommended surgery, a confusing situation — and help you navigate it.

  • No. We work alongside your existing medical team. We don't prescribe treatments or provide direct medical care. We review, research, advise, and connect you with the right specialists. Think of us as the medical expert in your corner who has time your doctor doesn't.

  • A free 15-minute introductory call lets us understand your situation. If we're a good fit, the initial consultation is $500. Any ongoing support beyond that is discussed and agreed upon upfront, based on the complexity of your case. Some employers offer this as a covered benefit — ask us about corporate programs.

  • Our services are not billed through insurance. Like financial advisors and attorneys, we work directly for you, independent of insurance company influence. This independence is a feature, not a limitation — it means our only priority is your best interest.

  • Yes. We serve patients across the entire United States via phone and video consultations. Our specialist referral network includes hospitals and physicians nationwide, including Sloan Kettering, Yale, Dana-Farber, Mayo Clinic, and many others.

  • We've helped patients with cancer diagnoses, neurological conditions, orthopedic injuries, immune disorders, cardiac issues, chronic pain, surgical recommendations, and many other situations. If you're unsure whether your situation is one we can help with, book a free introductory call and we'll let you know.

  • Our introductory calls can typically be scheduled within a few days. For urgent situations, we make every effort to connect with you as quickly as possible. When it comes to specialist referrals, we frequently get patients into appointments that would otherwise take months — often within days.

  • Our patients come from all walks of life. Many are executives, professionals, or their family members who are used to having expert advisors for their finances and legal matters and want the same level of expertise for their healthcare. We also work with adult children who are trying to help aging parents navigate a medical situation from a distance.

  • Yes. We work with companies that want to provide medical navigation as an executive benefit or employee benefit. Contact us to learn about our corporate programs.
